Stainless Steel French Butter Dish

Room aesthetic: Modern, Retro

Butter moves from counter to table in a butter dish with lid, resting on a stainless steel tray under a low rectangular cover. The covered butter dish has a small top handle and silver surface, with room beside toast, jam, and breakfast plates.

Why You'll Love It

• Covered between servings. The removable lid closes over the butter between servings. Set the dish on the table, then cover the block again.
• Top handle. The small knob lifts like a cabinet pull. Your fingers get one clear grip point when it is time to uncover butter.
• Low table footprint. The countertop butter dish occupies a narrow strip beside toast, jam, or coffee. More of a small table stays open.
• Silver steel surface. White ceramic and dark wood contrast with this stainless steel butter dish. Gingham linens soften the metal butter dish at breakfast.
• Tray and cover. Both pieces move together from kitchen counter to dining table. Butter stays on the same serving piece through the meal.
