Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. All shipments are sent via tracked delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA, UK, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/NZ: 7–15 business days
- Brazil, Mexico, Germany, UAE, India, Turkey, other countries: 10–20 business days
- Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, seasonal volume, or unforeseen circumstances are possible.
Express Shipping
Available on request via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS. Cost: $30–$50 USD per item, depending on destination. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, which includes quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 5 hours of purchase by emailing info@thefeelz.store. After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to certain countries may be subject to duties or import taxes, payable by the customer upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Shanghai, China. Returns must also be sent back to our studio in Shanghai, China.
How to Request a Return
Email info@thefeelz.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, not as expected), the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Bedding that has been used or shows signs of wear
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order after return approval.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return without reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
