We offer a 7 day return window, starting the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging, and we need proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@thefeelz.store with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label. For personal returns, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.
