Noguchi Akari Japanese Lamp

Room aesthetic: Japandi, Wabi-Sabi

A rice paper floor lamp with a tall rounded shade and slim tripod frame brings light up from the floor while leaving the side table open. Pale paper sits over dark metal on this Japanese floor lamp, and the tall rounded shade stays visually light in smaller bedrooms and first apartments.

Why You'll Love It

• Leave the nightstand free. The floor-standing format handles bedside light while your phone, water, glasses, or charger keep their usual spot on the table.
• US plug already selected. The US plug is already the active option on this listing, making the checkout choice straightforward.
• Rice paper around the light. The shade wraps the bulb area from top to bottom, so light passes through paper across the full rounded form.
• Pale paper, dark frame. Rice paper sits above a dark metal tripod, and that simple material pairing defines this Japandi floor lamp.
• Rounded paper shade. The loose organic outline stays visible on this Wabi-Sabi floor lamp even when the light is switched off.
